Surviving Cancer… and Big Titty Problems – Maya Sycip for UNO Magazine

If one would have to sum up this beautiful woman in one word, it’s this: “Survivor!”

After all that she’d been through, there’s no stopping Maya Sycip as she takes on the world with her positivity and unique outlook in life. Maya was diagnosed with cancer a couple of years ago, but found the strength to overcome the odds. Her bright demeanor and optimistic outlook in life has become her main weapons during that gruesome fight. “I’m so happy that I was chosen, instead of somebody else,” she says, grateful that it was her who had to fight for life, rather than someone else she cared for in her family.

With a physique to die for and a warm, earnest attitude, what’s not to love her? One thing that definitely stands out is her crazy humor. She brings a little bit of both her bombshell looks and that humor on her social media accounts, highlighted by her favorite hashtag: #BigTittyProblems.

So we thought we’d dig deeper into this “big” topic at hand. We asked survivor Maya Sycip how she is surviving despite having to overcome her daily #BigTittyProblems! Here’s Maya’s top 10 dilemmas for you!

Maya’s Top 10 #BigTittyProblems

10. Feeding the beast…. errr…. Beasts! Food and crumbs falling into your cleavage, like popcorn, chips, baby back ribs…. – sometimes my boobs eat more than I do.

9. When no one is home, you still can’t walk around the house naked! You ALWAYS need some sort of support wherever you go.

8. Finding the perfect bikini pair is virtually impossible! Either the top is just right with a big bottom, or the bottom is perfect but the top will be too small. Is there no justice in this cruel world?!

7. Pushups.

6. They have not yet invented anything for boob sweat…. I swear it’s like underarm sweat… but on your underboobs. It’s a lot less sexy than it sounds.

5. Imagine having to run to a meeting a running late for, with two plates of jello, in your shirt. Yeah…. that tough.

4. People are always wondering if you got a boob job.

3. Sleeping or lying on your stomach becomes much less comfortable and much harder than it should be.

2. It’s not easy driving if your airbags are already deployed.

1. Creepy guys. =(

Apart from her big… I mean…. witty side, Maya’s got a heart of gold. An advocate for cancer awareness and animal care, she passionately imparted her dreams of getting a job that will not only inspire but also help other people, especially those who have undergone the Big C (I swear we’re talking about cancer), and have a shelter for stray animals in the Philippines.

Indeed, Maya Sycip is a woman as precious as her core, and we’re proud of her achievements in overcoming both cancer, and her daily battle with non-fitting sports bras.

As an extra treat, here’s Maya’s video jumping on beds 😀
